@MsBlizzardTV @CoxComm Yeah I agree the download speeds are still very good. The problem comes with streaming the upload really needs to be around 20ish to not have issues, and it was something I made sure of when I talked to the ISP before signing on.

@CoxHelp @CoxComm I get it, maintenance is necessary. A little advance notice would be nice. You know, like an email. Being required to open the app (that all of us really only use to pay the bill) to see any notification of maintenance is a bad experience.
