I asked to move service and @CoxComm randomly changed my rate without consent. Then when they finally admitted. They started with rate was due to change anyway...3 months short of 12 month. Smh. Jumped on @CenturyLink Fiber 🤗

.@CoxHelp discredits @downdetector. But I find it far more credible than the “we have no reports of disruptions in your area” that is pro forma from the service provider. Hamsters treading on a Commodore 64 could deliver faster internet speeds than we have today in Las Vegas.
