Step 1: Break into smaller pieces

Step 2: Rinse the florets

Step 3: Blanch the florets

After this, it is suggested to blanch them in salt water to kill bacteria and parasites for 10–20 minutes.

Step 4: Add them to boiling water
Next, transfer them to boiling water and let them rest for 5 minutes to ensure that all parasites are killed.
Step 5: Transfer them to ice water
Now, add them to a bowl of ice water. This will stop the cooking process and ensure your cauliflower stays crisp.
Step 6: Dry and use
Lastly, use a clean kitchen towel to dry the florets, and they are now safe to use.
