On July 4, 2020 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and upon further investigation into the stop it was shown that Steven Bueno was arrested for the following:
1. Possession of Controlled Substance < 1gram – which field tested positive for Cocaine – SJF
2. Possession of Marijuana < 2oz (4.5 grams) - Class B Misd.

On July 6, 2020 a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and upon further investigation into the stop it was shown that the passenger Kyndal Lozano was arrested for the following:
1. Possession of a Controlled Substance PG2 more than 4grams but less than 200grams (12grams) which field tested positive for Methamphetamine - Felony 2
2. Possession of Dangerous Drug less than 28grams – Class A Misd.
3. Possession of Marijuana < 2oz – Class B Misd.
4. Warrant out of Hutchinson County for Theft of Property.

*Officer dispatched to 1116 S. Dressen on theft. Homeowner went outside around 2:30am and noticed someone in their vehicle.
*Officer dispatched to 616 Townsend on theft case
*Officer dispatched to 716 Wilbanks on vehicle unlock
*Officer noticed a vehicle light on inside a vehicle located at 422 Haney. Officer made contact with homeowner and they stated that they were in the vehicle earlier and may not have got the door shut good

Saturday: 06/20/2020

*Officers dispatched to 212 S. Dressen on Domestic call. Upon arrival it was shown that Mark Anthony Vasquez had assaulted Laura Marroquin. Vasquez had left the scene before Law Enforcement arrived. EMS was called for Marroquin and later taken to hospital by private vehicle. Vasquez was later found behind Lowes and arrested for Failure to ID, Fugitive from Justice and Agg. Assault with deadly weapon.
*Officer dispatched to 116 W 5th on Burglary case. Subject stated that his 9mm handgun was taken out of his unlocked vehicle.
*Officer dispatched to 200 blk. Roland for 4-wheelers in area.

*Officer was dispatched to 11th & Dressen for vehicle accident. Upon further investigation, Jesus Carrasco was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

*Chief dispatched to 215 S. Haney on a civil matter. Person was found at Allsups and all was ok and resolved.
*Chief visited with CPS reference case from a Domestic last month.
*Chief visited with Probation Officer from Denton County ref above domestic from last month.
*Chief dispatched to 225 N. Hoskins on Disturbance. Upon investigation into female subject coming to ex-husbands house unannounced, she was told verbally that ex-husband does not want her there unless she calls first.
*ACO was dispatched to 3rd & Bernice for dog at large. Dog was found and taken to shelter.
*Officer dispatched to walking park for snake call.

Tuesday: 06/02/2020

*Chief dispatched to 804 Wilmeth on Criminal Mischief. Persons that did the mischief called and stated that they contacted the owner and would make damage right.
*ACO dispatched to Lowes parking lot ref dog at large. Dog was found and taken to shelter
*Chief made traffic stop on Fed-Ex truck to serve warrant on female passenger. Samantha Williams was arrested on warrant out of Ochiltree County.

*Officer dispatched to 322 Haney on Domestic. Upon further investigation it was shown that this all happened over the phone and no assaults were committed.
*Officer and Chief dispatched to 10 block of Barkley on Domestic. Female subject was found and gathered information from her about what took place. Male subject was found in 10 block of Dressen. Upon further investigation – Shaleda Barnes was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to Family Member.

*Officer stopped at Co Rd W & FM 760 to assist motorists.
*Officer dispatched to 505 W. Kenneth on Family Disturbance. Car was found by Gruver and checked out all ok no disturbance.
