Our visit was quick and easy. After requesting a value on my car I was called within an hour and had an appointment for the next morning. The initial offer was better than the KBB cash offer and our visit was direct and timely. We were asked a few questions and then given an offer. 15 minutes of negotiation and we had a deal. I left to eat while they got the paperwork ready and upon return it took another 15 to sign and get a check. I definitely appreciate the lack of hours spent working on a few dollars.

I bought this car without visiting the dealership and personally visually inspecting it. The front half of the hardtop convertible has a black decal covering it. It was not very well installed. The window tinting on the driver's window is coming loose. One screw on the cowling around the windshield wipers is exposed. The other is covered. The left rear bumper and left rear quarter panel is coming apart. I suspect a clip is missing. There is evidence of overspray on the hood and rear deck. From what, I have no idea. This was a 2010 model so I know it is not going to be perfect. The car was delayed so they could detail it for me, yet the interior was dirty when it arrived. It did come with 4 new matching tires, full tank of gas, new carpet pads, two sets of keys, fresh oil change, and more. Title still has not been received and I am almost a month past purchase. They did raise the administrative fees on me by $200 during the purchase. I think $599 is a very high fee but $799 is (you pick a word). My visit was all electronic. The dealership is in north Phoenix and I live in Missouri. I had it shipped by a different company and have no complaints there. I would only recommend this dealership to someone with caution.

We purchased a newer used QX60 from this AutoNation. Turns out it had a bad motor and it should have been caught prior to being put on the lot. I'm changing this review to 4 stars because despite the unfortunate situation, they did the right thing, and at significant cost to themselves. It did take quite a bit of time on the phone, and their service manager probably shouldn't be customer-facing, but they replaced the motor and gave us a nice rental car while they were doing this work so we weren't without a vehicle. The estimated cost to them to do the right thing here was far more than they made from us on the trade-in and new purchase - but they did it anyway. A vehicle is one of the most expensive purchases a family can make, outside of a home, so having faith that you'll be taken care of should something go wrong is a really big deal, and this Autonation took care of us. We hope they spend a little more time inspecting cars from this point forward, but realistically you can't catch everything when selling thousands of cars and mistakes absolutely can happen. What they did after the mistake was what really mattered to us and we give them our recommendation. And shout out to the head mechanic at the AutoNation Tempe location (the place where our car was fixed) - that man deserves a promotion.

I have to admit that I've been a client here for quite some time now, and always get in and out quicker than most dealers. While I wasn't happy with how Audi handled things, I have never been let down by this AutoNation location. I can be a bit harder to work with, as I just know what I want, the price I'm willing to pay and what a decent offer is, and I don't haggle with price at all. It's either how I want it or I walk away. I had walked out of 4 dealerships prior to this one, and I am glad I did. I ended up buying a beautiful Lexus with full service records, and while I ended up losing my maintenance program money for some reason (it was never used, not enough miles for even its first oil change), and I also gave them both sets of tires/rims (both aftermarket and original were given), so they got extra, but I didn't care to be honest. I'm going to be a customer for life here.

Next with only 300 mile on car check engine light came on this time sensor and Cadillac converter we have the paperwork to prove all this here it is January his limited warranty is up the 16th of the month we were told by the warranty company. It doesnāt cover the Cadillac converter now and the company is around. Keep saying oh it was because of the strike we couldnāt get the part. So he was told to bring the car in today. They laughed at him says just gonna sit here. Thatāll take him a week to have it done I would not buy a vehicle from this company at all. People around they make fun of people very disrespectful. I'm now having nothing but problems with this thing and I'm getting nowhere with this place. Roof rack trim falling off, new battery died, they replaced the windshield that with the rain leaks. They don't stand behind their work. The stereo died, dead. the tire pressure sensors are dead. I've found wires still connected to the positive side of the battery, just cut, still live!

In the end we were happy with buying our car, the time it took to get through to the actual signing of the paperwork was very very long. Not sure how many Canadians buy cars here in Arizona but please bring your passport. We had already transferred insurance, cleaned out our trade in, etc etc then they told us we needed a copy of our passport. We were 1.5 hours away from our home. Thank goodness a neighbor was able to get into our home, find them and send us a copy. We almost walked away.

I must say what an awesome experience I had just yesterday buying my beautiful Mazda CX-5 from Brenda and Svitlana! I was in a car accident a couple months ago and had to let go of a beautiful car that was owned by my dear aunt who untimely passed away from Covid. Sold my late father's car here. Started off getting a quote after submitting the information on the web site. Got a call about 30 minutes later. Salesman offered about $1000 more than what AAA offered, so we took it. Unfortunately, my mom forgot to get the title changed over to her before we went. Salesman Steve Gergisch helped us out and streamlined the paperwork. It was Black Friday, so the paperwork back-end took a bit, but everything was done in about 3 hours total and we walked out with a check that day. Interior of the building was clean, quiet. Employees were professional in dress and demeanor. TLDR: Polite, competent service, paid same day. No hassle.

I originally looked at and test drove my 07 Toyota Avalon at night and I was told it was in excellent condition. When I went to finalize the deal and pick up the car I noticed approximately 4 to 5 new dings or issues with the exterior of the car that were not disclosed initially. Also, the privacy shade in the rear window does not work and I did not discover that until I was home the next day. I took close to 3 hours to take delivery of the vehicle the day I picked it up. Michael was very busy so they sent Bob out to assist and he was rude and did not have any patience in listening to what my concerns were regarding new issues I found on the car. I do not think Autonations One Price was accurate regarding the appraisal of this car as I was told it was in excellent condition and in reality it is in good condition. Michael is a good salesman but he works for the big corporate Boss. I am happy with the car as it was well taken care of.

We had contacted a competitor of AutoNation to sell our 2019 Jeep Cherokee and was disappointed in their bait and switch method. So when we contacted AutoNation, we expected much of the same. First the good news. Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of vehicles and put a hold on the one we were interested in. The exterior detailing was good. Fill the gas tank (had a 150 drive to home). Now for the bad. The interior detailing was only so so. The owners manual was for another car. There were no floor mats (didn't really matter since we installed Weather Tech mats). There was no cover for the tow package. The front camera does not function.

A friend recommended selling our car to Autonation. I filled out a form, and O.T. from the Bell Rd. location called me back within minutes. He conveyed the offer and asked when we?d like to come in. We came in the same day. I was a little concerned they?d draw us in then lowball us or try to pressure us to trade the car in instead. But O.T. stuck to the offer and we had a check in hand within the hour. Could we have made a few more bucks selling it privately? Sure. But avoiding the tire kickers and hassle was worth its weight in gold. Especially with customer service like O.T. provided. We had previously purchased a car from a different Autonation dealer and had a positive experience. A little more haggle, but nothing like many of the dealers we?ve dealt with around town.

When I showed up they didnāt have a vehicle that fit my budget so David spent the day searching for one at the other AutoNationās and found a perfect one for me I didnāt just get written off because I didnāt buy a vehicle right then and there when I walked in he actually tried and worked hard to find what I needed. they have a lifetime customer and all their salesman always try to find you exactly what you need. Each time Iāve needed something specific for my either budget whether it be monthly payments low total cost or to take title and downgrade. dealership has had my vehicle for 30 days now for a sunroof leak, they sent it to a "shop" called (Rocco's) they said they fixed the leak so I went to pick it up, got there and the entire sunroof cover was stained! I told them I can't accept my vehicle like this and they stated they would get it detailed so I agreed went back days later when they called and it was still stained! They said they were gonna order a new fabric. They had it for another week or so and sent it back to Rocco's they then said the shop found a leak and was ordering a "seal kit" so another week or so goes by and they call me and tell me it's all done I was super excited after 29 days. I went down there and it was still stained ! The new seal kit was bubbled up, there was shoe prints all over the interior and back of the seat some kind of fluid or juice on the rear seat a bottle of water in the door a couple scratches on the paint a sticker on the back hatch from a kid and a pair of kids socks in the trunk area like the took it on therir family road trip!!! Absolutely ridiculous I couldn't believe it i then said I want my money back and he stated his GM left, well he left because he knew I wanted my money back, the GM will not talk or show his face to anyone and hides behind doors. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle stay away from this place and save your time and go to a better dealership.i will be getting a lawyer involved depending how this situation pans out. Almost forgot to add that I only had the vehicle 2 weeks in my possession and am still paying the payment and insurance for something I don't have

No haggling needed just like they say. Which is a relief for people who don?t want to play the game. Also they do not charge a lot of extra fees like a lot of other dealerships do. Only a doc fee which is to be expected. Some other dealerships tag on ~$1,300 for ?1 Armor and tinting? which is rather vague and jacks up the price in addition to their doc fees. I found a 2017 Chevy Volt with very low miles on sale at a very good price. I was very pleased with the deal. I checked the provided CarFax ( various documentation) and was immediately and thoroughly convinced that this was a really good deal. It was such a good deal that I was happy to pay a shipping fee to purchase the vehicle in Phoenix (where the dealer is located) and have it trucked to my home in Albuquerque, NM. The car itself arrived in exactly the shape advertised. However, it arrived at 7:45 am on a weekday while I was getting out the door and heading to work. I had no notice it would be delivered at this very inconvenient time, and was perplexed why a company would do something like this (pissing me off and making me late for work!). From there I was disappointed that the vehicle was missing its charging cord. It's a plug-in hybrid, so it can run off of gas alone, but the charge cord is pretty important to forget. I wouldn't have minded so much if they just put it in the mail and sent it to me. However, as of the writing of this review it has been over 3 weeks that I've been dealing with "customer service" at the dealer, and I still don't have a charging cord. Each time I talk to someone they say they'll get me a charger, or that it's in the mail, but then it never arrives. When I communicate back to them there's always some stupid excuse (we ordered the wrong charger, or it wasn't in stock at the place we were going to get it from). Going into the 4th week of not have a charger, I have gone online and bought one on my own. It was extremely easy to find in stock, and get shipped. So whatever completely incompetent process the dealer here is using is just ridiculous. And its because they've been so terrible at doing the simple task, that instead of focusing on a good car I bought at a good price, I have to waste hours of my life dealing with people seemingly incapable of ordering a cord on the internet. Long and short, based on my experience with this dealer, you can find a good car at a good price. But their service is woefully inconsiderate and impressively incompetent.

There was none of the back-and-forth negotiation nightmare so prevalent in the auto industry, the financing was done easy-peasy, even with less-than-perfect credit, and they were even willing to take on the hassle of dealing with the transmission shop where our trade-in was being held for ransom (AVOID AAMCO Transmissions in Phoenix, Arizona!). We give four very enthusiastic thumbs-up (there are two of us, so we have four thumbs) to AutoNation on Bell Road in Phoenix. It was a great experience and we love our new Jeep.

I purchased a Nissan Leaf 2016 in February of 2019 from AutoNation USA. Ultimately I am very happy with the experience. The sales associate we worked with, Kim, was very attentive and responsive, even weeks after we purchased the vehicle. There were a few things that happened during the buying process and related to a missing SD card in the car that we were not happy with afterward, but the dealership worked hard to fix all the issues and held up to their promises. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and I smile when I see the "Drive Pink" license plate on other cars. Most of all I enjoy my zippy electric car. (This was cross-posted to Cars.com.)
